To Kerri

As I feel so bad for her. It was always hard to see someone leaving even though she is the one person who was against by majority.

It came with rumors without signs until I was informed by Tim that she would not come back anymore. I had a moment of shock but after a while I think she was leaving for good. It is a horrible feeling when most of your workmates are not favoring you.

By the end of the day, I hope that she will understand what put her into the situation today and treat it as a lesson to make her a better team player or even a better person in the future.
